Our large 2 bedroom slopeside Mammoth Lakes vacation rental is located directly across the street from the mountain. All you need is to grab your skis, cross and ski down to Canyon Lodge, Chair 8, Canyon Express Lift or the Ski School meeting spot at the base of the mountain.
There is a shuttle stop just outside the door for complimentary transportation to Mammoth Village or Main Lodge at Mammoth Mountain Resort.
Enjoy year round activities at Mammoth Mountain such as skiing, hiking, biking, zip lining or climbing the rock wall at the Outdoor Adventure Center. Mammoth Village is host to fun events, festivals, outdoor movies, shops, restaurants, dancing and clubs.

We have recently ugraded our condo with new flat screen TV’s, Blu-ray DVD players and iPod hook-ups in all rooms. There is also complimentary high speed wireless internet access and complimentary nationwide long distance calls.
The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with extra thick mattress, high quality comfortable furniture and a real wood burning fireplace with wood provided.
Watch the Village Gondola glide by from your easy chair, or the deck outside. After a full day of skiing, take the gondola from right outside the door down to Mammoth Village for shopping, dining, and other après ski activities.
Our recently upgraded kitchen has all new appliances. There is also new flooring throughout the condo.
Our spacious kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes.

The Town of Mammoth Lake's fish stocking program provides a steady supply of fish, ranging from standard-size stockers to trophy-size rainbows from nearby Alpers Ranch. When fishing season opens in April, Twin Lakes are often the first high country lakes with open water.
